Striae or stretch marks as they are normally called are scarring on the skin. It is a normal part of puberty for most girls and guys. We should also take diet rich in vitamin C and E, as they promote tissue growth. One should also apply Olive oil and Vitamin E oil to prevent stretch marks. Pregnant ladies should also use lotions like Vaseline intensive care to prevent them. Drinking water for also helps to prevent stretch marks as water helps to keep the skin healthy and radiant. There are certain surgical methods to remove stretch marks but as they say prevention is better always than cure.
